Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent an email confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order. For expedited orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, yes, definitely yes. We’ll provide you with a refund if you’re not happy with the results after one month of consistently using our products. Please keep in mind that we require before and after photos to review your areas of concern and approve your refund, so please remember to take photos before you start using Koko Rose Beauty.
While we understand that sometimes it takes a few tries to realize a product isn’t right for your skin, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any items where more than half of the product has been used.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.
We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department has done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed back to your original payment method.
This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an item that doesn't work for you for a refund, we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.
If you're returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
What if I have an allergic reaction from using a product?
We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us photos of your reaction. If you have known skin allergies we recommend consulting your doctor or testing the mask on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear before using it. Twenty dollars for shipping and handling costs will be deducted from all refunds.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your order has been confirmed. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
How long should I use the products?
This varies in product from our VVS Supreme Cream to our Black Magic Spot Mask, but we aim to deliver visibly healthier skin in 28 days or less with each. Check out instructions for how to use each of the products below.
Good Karma Calming Cleanser
Massage a small amount over dampened face and neck for 60 seconds in the AM and PM — then rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat dry for good skin karma.
Baby Face Formula Exfoliating Essence
Apply to clean, damp face, neck, and décolleté, two to three times a week. Build up to more frequent use as skin allows.
Seoul Food Serum
Apply this antioxidant-rich stem cell serum to skin after cleansing in the AM and PM.
VVS Supreme Cream
Apply after toners and serums for an immediate glow. Follow this clean, cutting-edge, light-weight retinol formula with SPF if wearing during the day.
Rose Bomb O.G. Clarifying Oil
Apply this luxurious Bakuchiol infused blend of 20 non-comedogenic oils to a cleansed, toned face morning and night.
Massage into skin using upward motions to stimulate blood and lymph flow.
Black Magic Spot Mask
Apply evenly to your face, wait 10 minutes for the mask to take effect and then rinse gently with warm water and pat dry. Proceed with your normal skincare routine.
What about purging? Will I break out after using Koko Rose Beauty products?
Many of our products are made with ingredients that exfoliate the skin, draw out impurities, and rebalance oil production. As these changes take effect you may notice that your skin is purging old impurities on its way to revealing new, glowing skin.
Stop. Drop. And don’t panic! This is exactly how the products were designed to work. Continue using the products as directed and you’ll be on your way to clearer, more even skin tone in no time.
